Some children are allergic to being quiet, staying indoors, and being told not to touch things. This makes going on a tour of the Vatican a bit challenging for some guides to not seem boring to children that are in attendance.

On the Vatican Tour our guides will take your family on a treasure hunt through one of the most beautiful and impressive art museums in the world. We will keep your child engaged so you can also enjoy taking in the culture of this must-see venue while on your trip to Rome.

By actively involving your children in the conversation they will learn the history of Rome through the paintings of some of the history’s most famous Italian artists – Michelangelo, Raphael, Leonardo, Caravaggio and more.

You’ll also have access to take a special passage from the Sistine Chapel to the Basilica of St. Peter’s where you will see the Swiss Guards protecting the entrance to the holy staircase of the Pope’s residence of the past century where today it is used for meetings with ambassadors and other dignitaries of the world.

On our tour we will show you the most famous and interesting highlights of the Vatican museums, the Rooms of Raphael, the famous painted ceilings of the Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica, and Michelangelo’s Pietà. We’ll keep your children interested and have fun looking at and learning about the treasures of the Vatican.

Cristiana and Roberta were excellent tour guides for our Roman holiday. As a business owner, taking off time is difficult.

After scraping and saving for a year, we decided to take our kids to Rome for some fun in the sun. We visited the Vatican on day one of our vacation, to see the art collection and visit the holy city.

My 8-year-old son wanted to be a gladiator; we had a chance to visit the gladiator school. We toured the coliseum and my daughter loved it. Lunch was great, and then we toured the outskirts for a day.

Touring Rome at night was a great experience; the city glowed like a diamond. The music, the food and the laughter was a refreshing experience. The food was great, loved the Italian Sodas and Ice cream.

We explored the city for 5 days and nights, not all night long. We had a great time; the travel was easy and affordable. I would not change the experience for anything in the world. After five days, I felt refreshed and ready to go back to work.

I hope that you will take the chance to go out and experience Rome for yourself, I am glad that I did.
